Florence Avenue Care Home provides support for adults with learning disabilities.
Our team provides a Residential Care Service, which means that we deliver support within a Residential Care Home. We offer a flexible approach to service delivery and provide a service 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
The support packages we provide are tailored to the individual needs of each person we support.
The requirements, wishes and choices of every person in our care are central to the planning of their support package. Each person's support package is assessed and designed in conjunction with the people who use our service, alongside support from their family, friends, social workers and care managers, to ensure that individual needs can be met in a manner that enables them to maintain autonomy in their lives as far as is practicable.
Staff members are trained to a high standard and, wherever possible, we match staff to people using our service in respect of their skills, experience and the service user’s personal preferences.
The team works tirelessly to ensure that every person feels at home at Florence Avenue. We are the guests within their home. We pride ourselves on this ethos of total respect.
Florence Avenue Care Home Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England, who regularly inspect and assess the services we provide.
Florence Avenue Care Home Ltd is registered to provide ‘Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care’ .
