All employees are thoroughly vetted before commencing employment with Florence Avenue. Each employee holds a minimum of two written references from previous positions and an Enhanced Disclosure (DBS).
All staff must complete an extensive training programme including:
All new staff that do not already hold a professional qualification will be registered for NVQ training within 6 months of their appointment, pending availability.
Specialist training will be provided as necessary, with particular focus towards delivering the needs of people using our service.
All employees will adhere to Florence Avenue Care Home Ltd’s Code of Conduct.
